How did a New Zealand company come up with a clever way to make Japanese Sushi and get the world to go crazy for it? The Sushi Bazooka is one of the strangest kitchen contraptions you will ever see, but is a ton of fun and makes creating sushi a breeze.
The Sushi Bazooka is approximately 12 inches long and 2″ across. You add your rice, fish, and other ingredients, and then press out a perfectly round roll of pressed rice and ingredients onto your Nori seaweed wrap. You just roll it up and serve. This can be a huge time saver when you are making a bunch of sushi for friends. The plastic tube cleans up easily in the sink. Note: They do not recommend washing your Sushi Bazooka in the dishwasher.
If you love eating sushi, but hate all of the work of hand rolling, then the Sushi Bazooka is a great investment. It will save you time and frustration. The Bazooka is approximately $25 from the Strapya World website here.
