The 2012 Porsche 911 is getting ready to hit the streets. As you can expect Porsche did not depart from their classic winning car by much, but the subtle changes are fantastic. The Porsche 911 is now entering the 48th year of production and each year continues to bring new improvements. This year the wheelbase has been extended by almost 4″. The overall height of the 911 has been slightly reduced at the same time the wheels have been upgraded to 20″. The 2012 model hugs the road even tighter making this the best handling 911 of all time.
To increase performance even farther the body composition underwent a rework. The body is built of steel and aluminum. The already lightweight car has been put on a diet trimming another 45 Kilograms. The car is powered by a 3.4 Liter engine pumping out 340 horsepower, power which can take the car from 0 to 100KPH in only 4.3 seconds. Amazingly the car still manages to get 34 miles per gallon of gasoline. If this car was not already on your which list, then you need to step inside. The car is packed with all of the best gadgets which will make you fall in love.
