Galpin Auto Sports GTR1
Galpin Auto Sports looks to history to create the future once again. This time Galpin looked back to 1966 to the Ford GT-40 that took the world by storm winning the 24 hours of Le Mans. Then strangely, the car disappears from the Ford lineup to reappear in 2004 in an updated version built for 4000 lucky buyers. Galpin’s engineers took the lineage of this exciting speed demon from Ford and came up with a vision of what the car would be today. Their creation is the GTR1. This car generates 1024 HP from a 5.4L V-8 that pushes the car to a top speed of 225 MPH. The body design is low, tight to the road, and sleek which is paired with high-tech suspension, tires, wheels, and race proven hardware.
The price tag for all of this history and performance? Just a touch over $1 million.
