This tasty keto bread may be used as an appetizer, snack, or side dish. It’s crispy on the exterior, soft on the inside, and has a delicious garlic butter taste. Per piece, there are just 1 gram of carbohydrates.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.

  2. In a medium-sized mixing basin, combine the dry ingredients for the bread.

  3. Bring the water to a boil and then turn off the burner. Add the hot water, vinegar, and egg whites to the dry ingredients and beat for 30 seconds with a hand mixer. Make sure the dough isn’t overworked (the consistency should resemble Play-Doh).

  4. Form the dough into 10 pieces using wet hands, then shape into hot dog buns. Place on a baking sheet with enough space between them to double in size.

  5. Bake for 40-50 minutes on the lowest rack, then remove from the oven and put aside to cool (they are done when you tap on the bottom of the bun, and hear a hollow sound). Prepare the garlic butter while the bread is baking.

  6. In a small bowl, combine all of the garlic butter ingredients. Refrigerate after covering.

  7. Take the garlic butter out of the refrigerator. Cut the cooled buns in half with a serrated knife, then apply the garlic butter on each side.

  8. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (225 degrees Celsius). Bake the garlic bread for 10-15 minutes on the center rack, or until golden brown.
