I have a few new culinary discoveries I’d like to share with you this month. One of them is a keto recipe for Salmon Burgers. Though making the perfect burger is still not an easy task. And the fish is the key ingredient for making the keto salmon burger. I have found a way to cook and make the fish very tasty. The lemon butter adds extra flavor to the salmon. This recipe creates a very good tasting salmon burger. So, try this at home and let me know what you think.

Let’s get to the meat of the issue with these salmon burgers. Check that they’re easy to create. Check. Packed with lots of flavor. They’re also slathered with ooey, gooey lemon butter. Oh, my goodness. What a collection of keto-friendly dishes!

Salmon burgers

    1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). A food processor and a big saucepan should be set aside.

    2. Place the salmon in the food processor bowl, cut into 1″ (2.5 cm) pieces. Combine the egg, onion, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Pulse for 30 to 45 seconds, or until a coarse mixture forms (see Tip).

    3. Make tiny burgers out of the salmon mixture, approximately 3″ (7.6 cm) broad and 1/4″ (.60 cm) thick.

    4. In a nonstick frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Fry the patties in batches for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned. Keep warm in the oven by transferring to an ovenproof dish, covering, and keeping warm in the oven.

    1. Add the broccoli to a saucepan of lightly salted water that has been brought to a boil over high heat. Cook for a few minutes, or until the potatoes are soft and crisp. Remove the broccoli from the pot and discard the boiling water.

    2. In a medium-sized mixing basin or food processor bowl, combine the broccoli, butter, and parmesan cheese. Combine all ingredients in an immersion blender or food processor and mix until smooth. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

  1. In a small bowl, combine the butter and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat on low speed with an electric mixer until a light and creamy consistency is achieved. To taste, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Serve the heated burgers with a serving of green mash and a dollop of fresh lemon butter melting on top.


Avoid overmixing the salmon mixture (Step 2), since this will result in rough burgers.

Burgers may be flavored in a variety of ways. Garlic, chile, your favorite herbs, or curry powder are all good options. Capers or grated parmesan cheese, perhaps? A variety of flavors may be added to the butter. Freshly grated horseradish is a wonderful addition to any meal.
