Scrambled eggs with spinach & smoked salmon – Recipe

Now that the weather is starting to get nice, I’m starting to make breakfast again. This recipe is one of my favorites from the blog. Even though I don’t use the smoked salmon in the final product, the flavors in the salmon are still infused in the eggs and the spinach, creating a delicious breakfast or brunch. The recipe is quite simple and takes less than 10 minutes to make.

It’s 5 in the morning, and I’m in my kitchen getting ready to make scrambled eggs. The kids are all asleep, but I’m wide awake. Why? I’ve got a lot on my mind, and I’m usually the one in the kitchen peeling potatoes in the morning. But today, I’m in a rush. I don’t have time to peel potatoes and wash them, and I don’t have time to wash the spinach. I need to make the eggs.

The best scrambled eggs are made with fresh eggs, butter, milk, and salt. They won’t come out perfectly round, but the end result is worth it.
