Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Using butter, lightly oil a 9 x 12″ (23 x 20 cm) casserole dish.
Over medium heat, heat a large frying pan. Fry the bacon until it is crispy. Remove the mixture from the pan and place it in a casserole dish.
Fry the chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper in the bacon grease for approximately 15 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink. Fill the casserole dish with chicken.
