For breakfast, how about pizza? After all, why not? Choose from a variety of breakfast meats, eggs, and cheese, or just any of your favorite pizza toppings. Breakfast does not have to be monotonous.

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).

  2. In a large mixing basin, combine all of the crust ingredients. The dough will have the consistency of a thick batter rather than a workable dough.

  3. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet or pizza stone. Smooth the dough into a 9-inch pie pan with a wooden spoon or spatula “Pizza crust with a diameter of 23 cm. You may alternatively split the dough into fourths and make four, five-inch pizzas “pizza crusts (13 cm) (if you make 4 servings).
